Do I need to provide vaccination records?

No. You do not need to provide vaccination or immunization records to RemoteLearning.School.

Homeschool Pro is a homeschool curriculum, not a public or private school where your student is enrolled. Because of this, we do not collect the health and vaccination records that a traditional school may request during enrollment.

Should I Send Vaccination Records to Homeschool Pro?

No. Please do not email, upload, or mail your student’s vaccination records to us.

RemoteLearning.School does not need those records to:

• Create the student’s Homeschool Pro account
• Provide access to classes
• Issue a digital student ID card
• Grade applicable assignments
• Prepare certificates
• Provide Homeschool Advisor support
• Help with transcripts or graduation planning

Could My State Still Require Vaccination Records?

Possibly. Homeschool requirements vary by state.

Some states may require homeschool parents to maintain immunization records, provide evidence of immunization, or keep exemption documentation with their homeschool records. For example, Pennsylvania’s current home education guidance includes immunization evidence or qualifying exemption documentation among its homeschool requirements.

These records would be kept by the parent or submitted to the authority identified by the state. They would not be submitted to Homeschool Pro.

Important: The fact that RemoteLearning.School does not request vaccination records does not remove any recordkeeping requirement your state may place on homeschool parents.

When Might Someone Else Request the Records?

Vaccination or exemption documentation may be requested if your student:

• Enrolls with an umbrella, church, or cover school
• Participates in certain school-based activities or programs
• Transfers back into a public or private school
• Enrolls in another organization with its own health-record requirements

For example, public-school enrollment requirements may include vaccination records or valid exemption documentation.

Ask the receiving school or organization directly what it requires before submitting any medical records.

Can My Homeschool Advisor Help?

Yes. Your Homeschool Advisor can help you determine whether your state’s homeschool paperwork includes an immunization-record or exemption requirement.

Your advisor can help with the administrative side, such as:

• Locating the applicable state requirement
• Identifying any required form
• Explaining where records or exemption documents should be kept or submitted
• Helping you organize the documentation with your homeschool records

Your advisor does not need the student’s vaccination records for Homeschool Pro enrollment and cannot provide medical advice. Parents remain responsible for maintaining and submitting any records required by their state.

What Should I Do With the Records?

If your state requires vaccination or exemption documentation:

1. Keep a copy with your family’s homeschool records.
2. Follow the submission instructions provided by your state or local authority.
3. Save proof of submission when applicable.
4. Do not send the records to RemoteLearning.School unless we specifically request a particular document for another clearly explained purpose.

Families outside the United States should check the homeschool and health-record requirements that apply in their country or local jurisdiction.
