RemoteLearning.School does not currently offer phone support. To provide families with clear, accurate, and well-documented assistance, both customer service and Homeschool Advisor support are provided by email.
Many questions require our team to review enrollment information, student accounts, class access, documents, billing details, or state-specific homeschool requirements. Email gives the appropriate team member time to review the details carefully, include helpful links or forms, and provide a written answer you can refer back to later.
Written support also allows us to assist more families efficiently, especially during busy enrollment periods.
How Can I Contact Customer Service?
You can contact customer service through our:
To help us answer your question as quickly as possible, include:
- The email address associated with the membership
- The student’s full name, when relevant
- A clear description of your question or issue
- The name of the class, lesson, feature, or document involved
- A screenshot of any error or problem, when helpful
Providing these details in your first message helps our team review the correct account and give you a more complete answer.
Important: Never send passwords, full credit card numbers, security codes, or other sensitive payment information by email.
How Do I Contact My Homeschool Advisor?
Homeschool Advisor support is provided by email rather than by phone.
Your advisor’s name and contact information are included in the email you received with your student’s Homeschool Pro login details. If you are unsure who your advisor is or how to contact them, check that email first. You may also want to search your inbox and spam folder for messages from help@rls.school
If you recently registered and your student's account has not been set up yet, you will not have an assigned Homeschool Advisor yet. Advisors are assigned as part of the student account setup process, which is usually completed within 2 to 3 business days after you submit the Learner Enrollment Form. Once setup is complete, you will receive an email containing the student login information and your advisor’s contact details.
Email is especially helpful for advisor questions because the advisor may need to review state requirements, forms, coursework, credits, transcripts, or other student records before responding.
Your Homeschool Advisor can help with topics such as:
- Getting started with homeschooling
- School withdrawal procedures
- State homeschool requirements and forms
- Choosing appropriate classes
- Attendance and recordkeeping
- High school credits
- Transcripts and graduation planning
- College preparation
- Adding coursework completed through another curriculum
When emailing your advisor, include the student’s full name, grade level, state, and a clear explanation of what you need help with. Attach any relevant form or document when appropriate.
Having the response in writing also gives you instructions you can save and refer to while completing forms or planning your student’s homeschool program.
Can I Request a Phone Call?
Phone appointments and telephone support are not available at this time. This applies to both customer service and Homeschool Advisor support.
Sending your question by email is the best way to receive accurate assistance from the appropriate team member.
