How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel a subscription, log in to the parent portal, click on your profile in the top-right corner, then click on "My Account"

You can also go directly there using this link.

Click on "Billing" to the left.

There will be a "Cancel" button listed next to the subscription.

Should you encounter any difficulties in cancelling your account, just contact us and we can cancel on our side.

Once cancelled, students will still be able to use the subscription until the end of the current subscription period. For example, if your subscription renews every 1st of the month, it will be active until the next 1st of the month, at which point it will be deactivated.

After subscription is deactivated, students will no longer be able to access classes or their student email account. Their student ID card is also automatically void once the subscription is terminated.
