How does a student submit an article to the school magazine?

Enrolled families are welcome to submit creative work from their young writers, to be published in our monthly magazine, "The Kids Ledger"

Encourage your kids to exercise their creativity by writing for the magazine! They will enjoy working on such a project and take pride in seeing their piece published

All types of entries are accepted including news articles, essays, poems, songs, short stories, and one-act plays. Silly jokes are ok, too. Drawings and photos are also accepted.

Email submissions to thekidsledger@remotelearning.school

Include writer's name, age, and location for author credit, for example:Justin Moore, age 10, from Rochester, New York, or Justin M, age 10, from New York

Siblings can collaborate on a single piece if they want.

Plus, if your kid's entry gets published, they will get a printable press ID Card:
