RemoteLearning.School serves families in Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, Mexico, Germany, France, and many other countries throughout Europe, Asia, Africa, and South America.
Because Homeschool Pro classes are pre-recorded and self-paced, students do not need to attend lessons at a particular time or follow a United States time zone.
How Do International Families Use Homeschool Pro?
International families generally use Homeschool Pro in one of two ways.
As a Homeschool Curriculum
Families who are homeschooling may use Homeschool Pro as their primary K-12 online homeschool curriculum.
The program includes teacher-led lessons, core academic subjects, electives, worksheets, Study Guides, quizzes, assignments, and other learning resources for students from kindergarten through 12th grade.
As a Supplement to a Local School
Students who attend a public or private school outside the United States can also use the program for:
- Additional practice in academic subjects
- Help reviewing difficult concepts
- English-language academic exposure
- Electives and enrichment
- Learning during evenings, weekends, or school breaks
- Exploring subjects that may not be available at their local school
Are the Classes Available in Other Languages?
Homeschool Pro classes are currently available only in English.
Students need enough spoken and written English to:
- Understand the teacher-led video lessons
- Read lesson directions
- Use worksheets and Study Guides
- Complete quizzes and assignments
Younger students or children who are still developing their English skills may need additional help from a parent.
Do We Need to Follow a United States Schedule?
No. Homeschool Pro does not require students to attend live classes or sign in at a specific time.
Your student can complete lessons according to your local time zone and family schedule. Students can also pause, rewind, and rewatch lessons as often as needed.
This flexibility can be especially helpful for international and expatriate families, families who travel, and students balancing the curriculum with other educational activities.
What Homeschool Laws Do International Families Need to Follow?
