Where can my student find worksheets?

Homeschool Pro instruction is primarily delivered through teacher-led video lessons, but many classes also include downloadable worksheets, handouts, Study Guides, and other learning materials.

Worksheets can appear in three different places, depending on the class or lesson.

1. Below the Lesson Video

Some lessons include a worksheet directly below the video.

After watching the lesson, scroll down and look for a file labeled Worksheet. Select Download to open or save it.

Some worksheets appear directly below the lesson video with a Download button.

2. As a Separate Item Within the Class

Some worksheets appear as their own item in the class lesson list.

In the course sidebar, look for titles such as:

• Worksheet
• Handout
• Study Guide
• Activity

Select the item to open the PDF. A worksheet may appear immediately after the related video lesson, quiz, or handout.

Worksheets and handouts may appear as separate items in the class lesson list.

Tip: If the course has a long lesson list, use the Search by lesson title menu to search for “worksheet,” “handout,” or the topic name.

3. In the Independent Study Packets Class

Each grade level includes an Independent Study Packets class. These classes contain downloadable packets with worksheets, reading materials, assignments, projects, handouts, and other educational resources covering a variety of subjects.

Look for the Independent Study Packets class that matches your student’s grade level on the My Classes page.

Open the Independent Study Packets class for your student’s grade level.

Inside the class, select Download beside the packet you want to use.

Independent Study Packets include multiple downloadable worksheet packets.

These packets can be useful for additional practice, independent work, review, or days when your student would benefit from more offline learning.

Do I Need a Printer?

No. Most worksheets and class materials are provided in PDF format.

You can:

1. Print the worksheet for your student to complete on paper.
2. Download and save it to your computer or tablet.
3. View the PDF directly on the device.
4. Have the student write answers in a notebook or on separate paper.

Printing is optional unless a particular activity works better with a physical copy.

Do Worksheets Need to Be Turned In?

No. Homeschool Pro worksheets do not need to be submitted.

We still recommend that students complete them when available because worksheets can provide:

• Additional practice
• Review of important lesson concepts
• Preparation for quizzes or assignments
• A record of the work the student completed

Consider keeping finished worksheets in a folder or binder for the student. They may be useful for your family’s homeschool records, portfolios, progress reviews, or required documentation.

This applies to materials labeled as worksheets. If a class includes a separate assignment with submission instructions, follow the directions provided for that assignment.

Does Every Lesson Include a Worksheet?

No. Not every class or lesson has a worksheet.

The main instruction in Homeschool Pro is provided through the video lessons, and supporting materials vary by class and instructor. Some lessons may include a worksheet, while others may include a Study Guide, handout, quiz, project, or another activity instead.

We are continually adding new worksheets and other curriculum materials.

Do Worksheets Include Answer Keys?

Instructors often include answer keys with worksheets, but an answer key may not be available for every worksheet.

Check the downloaded PDF and nearby class materials first. The answer key may:

• Appear at the end of the worksheet
• Be included as a separate file
• Appear as another item in the course lesson list

If a worksheet does not include an answer key and you need one, contact your Homeschool Advisor. Your advisor can check whether an answer key is available and try to obtain it from the instructor.

When contacting your advisor, include:

• The student’s name
• The class name
• The lesson or worksheet title
• A copy or screenshot of the worksheet, when helpful

What If I Cannot Find a Worksheet Mentioned in a Lesson?

Try the following:

1. Scroll below the lesson video.
2. Check the next few items in the class sidebar.
3. Open Search by lesson title and search for “worksheet” or the lesson topic.
4. Check whether the material is labeled Handout, Study Guide, or Activity instead.
5. Refresh the page and reopen the lesson.

If the instructor refers to a worksheet but no file appears anywhere in the class, please contact us and include the class and lesson names so we can investigate.
