If a student graduates, returns to public or private school, or is no longer homeschooling, you do not need to remove them from your Homeschool Pro account.
The student account will remain active as long as the parent’s membership is active. The student can simply stop signing in and using the classes. No additional action is required.
When Might I Want a Student Account Closed?
You may prefer to have the account formally closed if the student:
- Has graduated
- Has returned to public or private school
- Is no longer homeschooling
- Will no longer use Homeschool Pro
- Should no longer have access to the student account
How Do I Request That the Account Be Closed?
Please contact us and request that the student’s account be closed.
Include the following information:
- The parent email address associated with the membership
- The student’s full name
- A clear statement that you would like the student account closed
What If Other Students Still Use Homeschool Pro?
Closing one student’s account is separate from managing the parent’s membership. When contacting us, make it clear that you only want the specified student’s account closed.
Other enrolled students can continue using their own Homeschool Pro accounts as long as the parent’s membership remains active.
If no students in your family will continue using the program and you also want to stop future subscription renewals, see:
