RemoteLearning.School offers a Digital Teacher ID card for enrolled families. The Teacher ID card can be kept on your phone through the same app used for student ID cards.

A Teacher ID card may be useful when teacher, educator, or homeschool identification is requested, or when asking about teacher or homeschool discounts where accepted. Please note that discounts and acceptance are always up to each business, organization, or provider.

Step 1: Request a Teacher ID card

To request a Teacher ID card, complete the Teacher ID request form:

When completing the form:

  • Parent Account Email: Enter the email address you used to register for your RemoteLearning.School account. We use this to locate your enrollment.
  • Teacher ID Email: Enter the email address for the person you are requesting the Teacher ID card for. This will be the same as the Parent Account Email if you are requesting it for yourself. If the Teacher ID card is for a spouse, grandparent, or another person teaching your student, enter that person’s email address instead.
  • Name to Display on Teacher ID Card: Enter the teacher’s full name exactly as it should appear on the card.

Step 2: Wait for processing

Please allow 3 to 4 business days for your request to be processed.

Once processed, activation instructions will be sent to the Teacher ID Email provided on the form.

If you do not see the activation email, check your spam or junk folder.

Step 3: Activate the Teacher ID card

Tip:  The activation process is similar to activating a student ID card
