RemoteLearning.School uses Stripe to process credit card payments for Homeschool Pro memberships.
Stripe is certified as a PCI Service Provider Level 1, the payment industry’s most stringent certification level. Stripe also encrypts stored card numbers using AES-256 encryption and keeps its card-data infrastructure separate from its primary services.
How Is My Credit Card Information Handled?
When you enter or update your credit card information, the sensitive payment details are handled through Stripe’s payment system.
RemoteLearning.School does not store your full credit card number or security code. Stripe stores and protects the payment information needed to process your purchase and future subscription renewals.
Your Parent Portal may display limited details so you can recognize the card on file, such as:
- The card type
- The last four digits
- The expiration date
Your full card number and security code are not displayed in the Parent Portal.
Can Customer Service See or Update My Card?
Customer service cannot update your credit card information for you. The account holder must add or change the card directly through the Billing section of the Parent Portal.
For your protection, never send your full credit card number, expiration date, or security code through email or a customer support message.
To replace the card connected to your membership, see:

Where Can I Learn More About Stripe?
