Your child’s student ID number appears on their digital student ID card in the ID123 app.
How to Find the Student ID Number
- Open the ID123 app on your phone.
- Sign in using the parent account associated with your student’s digital ID card, if prompted.
- Open the correct student’s card.
- Look for the field labeled Student ID # directly below the student’s name.
The number shown under that label is your child’s RemoteLearning.School student ID number.

The student ID number appears below the student’s name on the front of the digital ID card.
What If I Have More Than One Student?
All activated student ID cards connected to your account will appear in the ID123 app.
Swipe left or right to move between cards, then confirm that you are viewing the correct student before copying the ID number.
What If the Digital ID Card Is Not Showing?
Your student’s card must be activated before you can view the student ID number in the ID123 app.
For activation instructions, see:
How do I activate my student's digital ID card?
If you already activated the card but it does not appear, make sure you are signed in with the same parent account used during activation. You can also close and reopen the ID123 app.
Please contact us if the card is still missing. Include the student’s name and the parent email address that received the activation invitation.
